End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Engage Beyond Holdings LLE, United Arab Emirates (“Company”, “Reelflix”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of Reelflix.app, including all websites, mobile applications, smart-TV applications, software, features, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing, installing, registering for, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Reelflix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal or authorized commercial use, solely in accordance with these terms.

No ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement.

2. Platform Description

Reelflix.app is a digital streaming and content distribution platform that enables users to view, upload, distribute, and monetize audiovisual content.

Reelflix does not create, produce, publish, or own user- or vendor-submitted content unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. User Accounts

  • All information provided must be accurate and current
  • You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

Reelflix may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this EULA or applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, or exploitative content
  • Bypass security, DRM, or platform protections
  • Reverse engineer or exploit the Platform or its software
  • Use the Platform for fraud or unauthorized commercial activity

5. Content & Intellectual Property

5.1 Platform IP

All software, code, interfaces, branding, trademarks, and design are owned by or licensed to Reelflix and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform IP without prior written consent.

5.2 Third-Party Content

Content made available by creators, studios, or vendors remains the property of its respective rights holders. Reelflix does not guarantee accuracy, legality, or quality.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of your content but grant Reelflix rights as defined in applicable Creator or Vendor Terms.

You are solely responsible for your submitted content and its legal compliance.

7. Payments, Subscriptions & Transactions

Certain features may require payment or subscription.
  • Fees may change at any time
  • Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
  • Third-party platforms may apply additional terms and fees

Reelflix does not guarantee revenue, earnings, or viewership.

8. Content Availability & Moderation

Reelflix may remove, restrict, geo-block, or modify content at any time for legal, policy, or operational reasons.

Reelflix is not liable for content removal or unavailability.

9. Termination

Reelflix may suspend or terminate access immediately upon violation of this EULA.
  • Your license ends upon termination
  • Legal provisions survive termination

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reelflix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Reelflix in the previous 12 months, if any.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reelflix from claims arising from your use of the Platform, content submissions, or violation of this EULA.

13. Third-Party Services

Reelflix is not responsible for third-party services, integrations, or external policies.

14. Changes to This EULA

Reelflix may update this EULA at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This EULA is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.

16. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with Creator, Vendor, or Subscription Terms, constitutes the entire agreement regarding the Platform.
